Surviving Alien Abduction

Below you'll find several techniques that have helped many abductees to slow or stop their abductions altogether. There is no guarantee they will stop. Mine have slowed but not stopped. I also have a great mix of people around me, from abductees, to soccer moms,  I watch some off beat movies and keep myself entertained too. Thank God for  friends! C.Johnston NC


 

 It's so important to try to fight for consciousness and lucidity during your experiences!  Know they cannot take your thoughts away from you but can create illusions that make experiences seem dreamlike in nature. By exercising your mind and fighting for lucidity, I have found that the abductions have slowed and have nearly stopped with certain groups.  Colleen

I try to do self comforting things, and things that help to keep me grounded like watch a comedy, play cards, or video games. Believe it or not it really helps! Allen, Ventura, CA USA


I am new at this and scared out of my mind at times. You guys have helped me very much so far. I even tried to stay awake all night and sleep in the day, I found a bar tending job that does help keep me from obsessing about alien and abduction. Sometimes I get off work in the pre dawn hours. Wow am I glad to find this site! This is so cool to help get a cap on my mind of aloneness and I want to thank people who share here and elsewhere on the site. Makes a big difference in how I cope and sleep. I used to wake up at the tiny little things, limb cracking, dog barking. Hope you add another chat group and discussion list again!
